Oaktree Gardens Delivery Policy We aim to provide quality products direct to your door as quickly as is as possible.
We guarantee that we place pressure on our suppliers to help us meet our own stringent standards, and when order is placed we will respond with a delivery date and ensure it is adhered to. If for any reason outside of our control this delivery cannot be met , we will contact you to let you know as soon as we are aware of a problem.
A carrier’s first attempt to deliver shall be considered as the delivery date and unless otherwise agreed in writing by Oaktree Gardens all deliveries can take place up until 9 pm.
All prices are to UK mainland. (Occasionally on larger items a premium may be payable for deliveries to Scotland, we will contact you if this applies to your order. You may of course cancel and receive a full refund if you do not wish to continue with the purchase.) *Please note it is not possible to deliver items outside of the United Kingdom
